my particular favorite is their miche. dense, chewy, nutty goodness. you can definitely taste the fermentation in this sourdough loaf, and i love it. there is rarely a time this isn’t stocked in our house.

all their breads are top tier, and they make an out-of-this-world walnut cookie. their brick and mortar is in st. paul, but you can order for pickup from other spots, or catch them at farmers markets here and there.
