
despite the tinned fish renaissance we are currently experiencing, i still don't think enough people are eating these little guys. yes, you can go the fancy $10/can route, but there are some yummy lesser cost options that are just as good.
on toasts, in pasta, in a salad, grill them up a bit and put on a bed of rice with chili oil — endless opportunities, and they're good for you!
